Since January 2026 jawline acne issue started and it's painful and under the skin sometimes cystic and also having same acne on the back

My mother got rashes in her thighs,legs,albow,hands,and small bumps on forehead and swelling and redness in her ears and sculp which is itching and cause pain. She have mild fever too...one ear is swelling like this picture and the other one is swell dorsally...
