Hi Doctors! There is darkness below my breast which seems very bad and my neck area has also become dark. No itching nothing . Also , my hair is getting grey very often. I think this is coz of weight gain . Pls guide

I am having pain in my big toe (thumb). There is no visible pus, but the area around the nail and cuticle is painful on pressing. It also feels warm and slightly swollen, with a tingling type of pain. Walking is uncomfortable. I have tried icing and warm salt water soaks, which give temporary relief, but the pain comes back. Since I have to travel daily by local trains for work, it is becoming difficult to manage. This started recently, possibly due to footwear friction. There is no discharge as of now. Could you please guide if this is early infection or inflammation and what treatment I should follow?

Earlier I had curly hair the length was too short but volume was good , in 2021 i have a smoothining session and after that hairfall started at extreme level nd till today i have really short hairs and bladness and zero volume, literally my all hairs in a tie is equally to 1 finger only no volume no lenght -- recently i started a bare anatomy's anti hairfall shampoo and hair growth serum , i oil my hairs twice a week with coconut oil and castor oil in it wil 2-4 drops of rosemary essential oil, but still the hairfall is severe , there's just little baby hairs , i'm them since last 5 months
