I have a cold sore at my lips and nose
I had a fever last week. Got one blister at the lower lip line and at the nose. White heads are there. Little itchy and pain. Please suggest medicine.

From your history and description, this appears to be a long standing problem and not the first episode if I'm right.
Hence, just prescribing a cream for cold sores (that you already may be using) is meaningless.
Prevention and precautions have been listed by a colleague as I noticed so won't repeat that either.
