Fluid filled blisters below my lower lip

I had been suffering from fever , headache and cold for last three days.At first,I took 1 Dart Tablet but no result found then after that fay I took one Saridon tablets to get relief from headache but then also no improvement was observed..so I took 1 CALPOL 650 tablet and I got cured.But now I have some fluid filled painful blisters below my lower lips as shown in the photo below.Please suggest what shoud I do now.....
