Psychological Counselling

I am always worried of heart attack and heart problems. I have done ecg echo tmt test. Due to passing away of my friend in oct last year i am always anxious about these issue. Every second these things remain in my mind. My left hand feels a bit tight and twitching took place me in my left hand since last 2-3 days. Don't know what this is please help. Reports attached

I was diagnosed with BPD in 2020. I have tried talk therapy with different psychologists but there's almost no progress. I have been suggested to see a hypnotherapist (this suggestion isn't from any professional) but I have heard that people with personality disorder or psychosis should not consider hypnotherapy as an option. Yet I'm not sure about anything. I want to ask if being a pwbpd I should consider seeing a hypnotherapist? How safe it is?

Feeling happy all good but I think I have to much problems in subconscious mind like Psycosis Gender dysphoria Depression Phobia I think i have 1 problem in upper in subconscious mind i know that medicine not cure problem from root from r Thought process Medicine only work on serotonin or dopamine level I want cure my problem from root from exact reason

Hi, I am feeling signs of anxiety from past 2 weeks. I have increased heartbeat and I got my check up done from cardiologist as well ecg and echo. Everything came out to be normal. The issue is at night the heart beat seems to increase and I think about it and hence no sleep. Please help me.

Hello  doctor , I need serious help , I am facing physical symptoms like heaviness in head and headaches, dizziness, chest pains , palpitations, chest heaviness, breathing problems, throat chocking, tremors in hand and legs , stomach pains , indigestion, vomiting sensation, loose stools , weakness, fear of death , fear of heart dieases , hiv phobia as I went to prostitues , but all my reports are normal , CBC , lipid profile, thyroid, lft , rft , urine test , brain mri , endoscopy, USG abdomen, fibroscan colonoscopy, Hiv , hbsag, Vdrl all negative , Echo , tmt normal , pft , chest x-ray normal , , Ana negative , I have spend 1 lakh rupees in all testings but no abnormalities in any report still my body is facing so much problem please help , doctors are now not interested in my problem

I am suffering from anxiety disorder for past 5 months and I was on Medications...sometimes i feel deprieved of sleep which is making me restless..How to overcome it...

Generally I am very shy in nature and an Introvert person. I get so nervous to talk with a group of people or to talk in virtual meetings with a group of people. I lack confidence. Recently i noticed or heard from others that I was a totally different person when i was drunk at an office party. I was talking so confidently with everyone and mingling with everyone and having conversation with other teammates as well. Which was very confusing and a surprise for me. Because I am completely opposite while i am sober.. I find it very difficult to understand myself i panic if i see crowds and talk in meetings. How do I become that confident person when i am drunk i want to be that person in real situations. I feel like I have a split personality. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!
