It's encouraging that your heart-related tests came back normal. It's essential to recognize that anxiety can manifest in various ways, affecting both mental and physical well-being. Considering your symptoms and the impact on your sleep, I would recommend exploring therapy options. A mental health professional can help you understand and manage anxiety, providing coping strategies to improve your sleep and overall well-being. Maintaining healthy sleep habits, such as a consistent sleep schedule, a calming bedtime routine, and creating a comfortable sleep environment, can also contribute positively. If you're open to it, Mind Sculpt therapy, which I facilitate, can be a valuable resource to address anxiety and cultivate healthier habits for a more fulfilling life.
