Hi I am not sure if you have taken any help from any psychologist till now , but mostly it seems to be psychosomatic disorder. Psychosomatic disorder is a psychological condition involving the occurrence of physical symptoms, usually lacking a medical explanation. People with this condition may have excessive thoughts, feelings or concerns about the symptoms — which affects their ability to function well.
Next Steps
please take therapy, psychoanalysis, and behaviour therapy from a psychologist as soon as possible.
Health Tips
Learn relaxation techniques. Let go of grudges, patterns of thinking, or relationships that are unhealthy or negative for you. Make time for leisure activities you enjoy. Take a break if you're in a stressful situation.

From what you've shared, it seems there might be an underlying trauma prompting you to seek distraction in various places, avoiding a real issue you may be not comfortable to confront. Given the challenges you face because of this behavior, it's advisable to seek assistance through both medication and consultation with a mental health professional, preferably a psychologist. This expert can help you know the origins of your struggles, providing a safe space for you to share your experiences without the fear of judgment.
Next Steps
Seek a Psychiatrist and a psychologist for follow ups.
Health Tips

I'm sorry that you're going through such a challenging time. It's important to recognize that persistent physical symptoms, especially when all medical reports are normal, may be related to anxiety. Therapy can help you explore the underlying reasons for these symptoms. It can provide a safe space to understand and address any emotional or psychological factors contributing to your physical discomfort. Health anxiety is common, but it's essential to address these concerns before they become overwhelming. Consider reaching out to Mind Sculpt for online therapy sessions. A mental health professional can work with you to develop coping strategies and support you in navigating through these challenges.

Hi! Please relax as this clearly shows that you are physically okay and do not have any illness. This is something you should be happy and grateful for. All the symptoms you are describing are due to overthinking, stress and anxiety. You do not have any actual illness, only fear of illness. These symptoms you are describing can be controlled and is within your control. You need to indulge in physical activity, yoga can really help you calm your mind and body, meditation and counselling. Practice breathing techniques to relax yourself. But first and foremost is to try and control your conscience mind. It is all the overthinking and fear of something that does not even exist that is exhausting your mind and body and hence you are facing these issues. Mental training is important and calming activities too. Please free yourself from the thoughts and fear of illness as you are completely fine.

Illness anxiety disorder is something that a lot of people have but most of them avoid seeking professional mental healthcare intervention. On the other hand, the people affected tend to focus on symptoms of diseases in them that they perceive as grave and seek treatment, investigation, tests, medication etc. to overcome the anxiety about the diseases. Symptoms perceived by them seem to be real or grossly magnified. The situation is mostly psychosomatic (mental health conditions manifesting into physical health problems). The treatment line in the case of illness anxiety disorder is significantly through psychotherapy, anxiety management medication etc. I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist soon and get your anxiety dealt with, probably with medication. When you start feeling better, please take help from a psychologist for the psychotherapy sessions. Lifestyle changes too may be needed under the guidance of the psychologist.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist followed by a psychologist.
