I am kidney patient and creatinine is stable at 1.93 and urea is 40 and potassium is 4.04 i check my bp and my bp is 130/80 but i have a normal blood pressure i am measuring it since 1 year and my bp is 120/90 i alway check my bp after 2 hours of meal today i ate 3 sandwich full of vegetables and butter and my bp is 130/80 i ate sandwich at 11am and i check my bp at 2 pm is my bp normal or not

In kft test levels of calcium and chloride is increased. What it suggests and should i give ors electral or enerzal drink in this.

I don't know whether i have CKD or not recently i have done kft report as a routine test my creatinine (1.35) and phosphorus (5.54) is raised and sodium level is Little bit low(134.95) ..i m suffering from recurrent renal stones from last 10 years non operative multiple renal stone . assuming i am suffering from CKD and if it is diagnosed in the early stage as far my age is 30 will i progress to kidney failure inspite of early diagnosis?? that's my fear plz help

I have done kft,USG color Doppler for lower limb, USG for soft tissue...all are normal..but my urine acr is showing abnormal protein and urine urine creatinine high...is it very serious? do I have proteinurea disease?

Hello my father age is 70. he is diabetic and taking 250 mg twice a day. recently his feet are swollen so we did some tests and below are the results. cretinine 1.3mg/dl GFR 56 ml/min/1.73m2 urinary microalbumin 115.6 mg/dl urinary cretinine 138.2 mg/dl albumin cretinine ratio 836.47 mg/g cretinine pls let me know if condition is critical and what can be done. thanks. rahul

Hi dear Doctor my son 3 years old .. i do Songraphy today .. according to the ultrasound report he suffer dilatation Liver ... spleen .. pancrease all other are normal left kidney are normal size no stone no sol no dilatation right kidney no stone and normal in size but only Mild PCs Dilation and i do General Irine examination clear yellow Alkaline SpGR 1010 Protein Negative microscopic :- RBC few pus nil Amorphas Phosphate + Calcium phosphate few my question is that what is diagnosis and treatment ? thanks

Hi Doc, A week ago I did a regular renal function test and had creatinine 1.4 ( lab ref 0.5-1.5). Although it's in normal range of lab but just to make sure everything is alright(since i have a high protein diet and do high intensity workout), i consulted a nephrologist. He told me to do urine routine and USG kub. Both the results were normal. My concern is that can ultrasound miss out on detecting CKD diagnosis?

I have stage 5 ckd ...iam just 24 years old with no urinary tract infection...doctor said transplant is only solution ...but i wanna know is there any other method other than transplant ...even if there is any in ayurveda or siddha please do let me know what to do ...
