Kidney cretinine and diabetic
Hello my father age is 70. he is diabetic and taking 250 mg twice a day. recently his feet are swollen so we did some tests and below are the results. cretinine 1.3mg/dl GFR 56 ml/min/1.73m2 urinary microalbumin 115.6 mg/dl urinary cretinine 138.2 mg/dl albumin cretinine ratio 836.47 mg/g cretinine pls let me know if condition is critical and what can be done. thanks. rahul
