my son 3 years old .. i do Songraphy today .. according to the ultrasound report he suffer dilatation
Liver ... spleen .. pancrease all other are normal
left kidney are normal size no stone no sol no dilatation
right kidney no stone and normal in size but only
Mild PCs Dilation
and i do General Irine examination

Without clinical history and clinical examination, a conclusive diagnosis is not possible.
Etiology of Right kidney PC dilatation can be as benign as extrarenal pelvis and problematic as PUJ.
