Right kidney dialtation
Hi dear Doctor my son 3 years old .. i do Songraphy today .. according to the ultrasound report he suffer dilatation Liver ... spleen .. pancrease all other are normal left kidney are normal size no stone no sol no dilatation right kidney no stone and normal in size but only Mild PCs Dilation and i do General Irine examination clear yellow Alkaline SpGR 1010 Protein Negative microscopic :- RBC few pus nil Amorphas Phosphate + Calcium phosphate few my question is that what is diagnosis and treatment ? thanks
