I have been taking tryptomer 10mg to 50mg since long time 7 yrs approx. do i need to go for any blood test? is there any effect on any oragan like liver, kidney, heart

Respected Doctors 🙏 Myself, i was suffering from anxiety disorder/ psychosomatic disorder since many years, which I came to know recently in CMC Vellour at Tamilnadu by the psychiatrist, but at the same time I had 4 times seizures attacks at the interval of years between 2009 to 2021 for that I went to my local psychiatrist doctor and he had prescribed me eptoin 100mg twice in a day & took a few years. But later on when I had experienced many psychosomatic complications then i went to cmc for a better treatment option,  there the doctor changed eptoin into levipil500 twice in a day along with mirtaz 15 1 pill after dinner, so since two months of taking those medicines making me too weak, weight loss, mood swings, hallucinations, depressed, sleeplessness, tired, worry, fear of contact with people, lack of concentration, not able come out of home etc. So are these all the side effects of these current medicines people suggest what shall be done.

Doctor when ever I see my husband and his family members i feel hurt frustrated irritated. Just after after birth I didn't do according to their wish by giving salt to baby below 1 year and they wanted me to leave baby with them and go out morning to evening for job. I had left my job just to be with my baby as no was showing importance just bcz I didn't listen to them and dud what my doctor said. They started creating problems in kitchen using instead of believing me and asking them why they were treated me bad and not letting me cook for my son or myself my husband supported his mother and said I am worthless and was headache to their family. So many times I feel like leaving house with my baby, bcz according to them baby shldnt cry more it shows stubborn nature to they shout on 2 year kid like anything. Please help me it's affecting my motherhood too.

I am not earning a single penny right now plus my health is also getting me in trouble my house atmosphere is also not good i dont have any friends i dont have good relationship with my father i have completed my 10 months course of nextio it has given me some help but i am not enjoying my life right now please guide

My wife is under psychiatrist treatment since two years due Anxiety, Depression and kind of hallucinations. Since then, she is on Seroxat 20 mg. But after a gap of 1 year, the response mechanism of Seroxat reduces drastically, and then she is prescribed more add on medication like Prexal or Aripal. Please advise the reason for reduction in the effects of Seroxat (and yes Seroxat in general is very effective). Also, please confirm whether Seroxat will be used for life long. Also, Seroxat 20 mg tablets available in India will be same as what we are currently using from Gulf. Can we take same Seroxat 20 mg tablets from here India also?

For the last 1 and half yr I have been taking paroxetine CR 12.5 mg for my anxiety (GAD ) & now since few months I've been experiencing  difficulties with recalling things from memory be it details of some conversation I had, or what I ate today or what I studied, which seems gradually noticeable with time. I'm a govt job aspirant so it's so crucial for me to be able to keep things in memory  but whatever I study disappears from my memory and I am baffled because my memory used to be great before I was put on SSRI. I visited another psychiatrist to bring this up but got prescribed sertraline & aripiprazole  which made me dizzy. At the beginning of my treatment I was put on escilatopram(10mg)+clonazepam(0.5mg) for 6 months and since then I've been on paroxetine. I read online clonazepam may cause memory loss, while I am no longer on it (stopped 1.5 yrs ago) I can't point out what has caused it. Without a good memory I will never succeed. Thank you

What medicine or way to cry so that I can feel relaxed and lighter . Crying reduces pain . Pls help me how to cry .

I was under stress from long time...due to which i lost my sleep...unable to sleep at night or any time ..will i get my natural sleep with time..please suggest...i m only able to sleep by psyactrist medicine.

I am taking this medicine for last 20 days and I switched to lonazep then I switched to etizolam ....now I tried to leave the tablet but m having withdrawals what is the right way to leave the tablet

I am worried why does that happen, I already consulted a psychiatrist and was prescribed sertraline, but I'm already on paroxetine for 1.5 yr and it doesn't help. I also start pace to around my room if I get overwhelmed or feel like my brain is full. It hampers my study and concentration, what could be the reason I feel this way, it's been a chronic problem.
