Respected Doctors 🙏
Myself, i was suffering from anxiety disorder/ psychosomatic disorder since many years, which I came to know recently in CMC Vellour at Tamilnadu by the psychiatrist, but at the same time I had 4 times seizures attacks at the interval of years between 2009 to 2021 for that I went to my local psychiatrist doctor and he had prescribed me eptoin 100mg twice in a day & took a few years. But later on when I had experienced many psychosomatic complications then i went to cmc for a better treatment option, there the doctor changed eptoin into levipil500 twice in a day along with mirtaz 15 1 pill after dinner, so since two months of taking those medicines making me too weak, weight loss, mood swings, hallucinations, depressed, sleeplessness, tired, worry, fear of contact with people, lack of concentration, not able come out of home etc. So are these all the side effects of these current medicines people suggest what shall be done.

You need detailed evaluation for these new symptoms that have developed after starting medications . As it is less likely only due to medicine itself.
History of seizure itself points towards some brain /neuronal insult, which can give rise to the symptoms that you are witnessing now.
Consult your treating Psychiatry, don't abruptly stop medicines.
I may be difficult to conclude about the origin of your current symptomatology, though I agree your current psychotropics may be linked with the same.
Next Steps
I think one should start with a thorough assessment of your health history, including seizure phenomena, followed by investigations, including blood tests, neuroimaging and EEG reports.
Health Tips
Do not change your meds without seeking advice from a specialist, especially as there may be risk of relapse of seizures and/ or worsening of mental health symptoms.
