I have been suffering from social anxiety disorder for more than twelve years. Low confidence in interacting with people, difficulty in smile, peculiar kind of headache, racing heart, inability to give presentation or speech, constant social fear, sometimes avoiding social gathering or parties. For the last 7 years I am taking medicines after consulting psychiatrist. Presently I am on Pari CR 25(night) and Inderal LA 20(morning). But I am not well. I feel like living in hell. Is my illness curable? Please help me to lead a happy and normal life.
