Foamy Urine and Weak Urine Stream

Hi - I am 40 yrs old. Of late I am passing foamy Urine. My urine flow has been weak as well for quite some time now. I need to hold my pee to create pressure and then urine is released with pressure but not otherwise. I am not on any medications right now. Ultrasound show normal kidneys/prostate.
