Kidney Problems

Hi madam/sir I am suffering with frequent urination since 1 year i have done few treatments and urine culture test urinologist suggested me some UTI medications after using medicines also i am not feeling any difference ... Getting pain in urine area and lower abdomen feeling so much pressure on urine area while walking and sleeping and sitting at that time also feeling pain in urine area pls help me with this getting scared about life unable to concentrate on anything due to this ( i am urinating more than 15 times per day)

I have pus cell count 3-4 and urine frequency is high and also kidney stone 4.5 mm please suggest me.

My serum creatinine is 0.79(normal0.6 to 1.2)last month serum creatinine is 0.7 iam taking atorvastatin calcium &clopidogrel bisulphate capsule welltor Cv 20 for cholesterol..whether it increase creatinine level? In google i searched for egfr calculator it shows 89?it is correct or not?

Iam having right flank pain...sense of incomplete bladder...and lower abdomen pain DID USG abdomen...and got normal...

Few days ago...I had a back pain...and pain in my flank area...and I have consulted the doctor...and got my USG abdomen normal...the same pain continue...so I did a blood and urine analysis...all are normal...except I found my albumin traces in my urine...is it normal or I should carry this further???please rectify

The test report shows the left kidney has differential function of 3% and right kidney has 97%. ERPF of left kidney is 7.4 and right kidney is 216.4. There are no symptoms as such and we got to know about this from a regular health checkup. Also, the report says the left kidney drainage cannot be made due to poor extraction and & excretion of tracer. What does this mean? Do we need to get it operated or is the kidney damaged? What do we need to do?

3-5 mm ureter non obstructive stones with discomfort for 4 weeks. Is Uretroscopy really really required?

I have 4 mm stone at VUJ ...did 15 day medication ,taken  tamsukem plus tablet for 14 days and per day 5 litre water ...after that did CT scan ...but it present at VUJ ...doctor suggested URSL + dj stent ...now i don't have any pain ... should I go for surgery or should wait for 15 days more for medication.. i am 30, unmarried...i little worried with  surgery Is it safe surgery.? .no impact on body in future ...

Sir/Ma'am, My wife aged about 42 years has diagnosed from last month as "Renal calculi" Her USG report shows as* B/L tiny non obstructive renal calculi. RK calculus 3.3mm and LK calculus 3mm. She is presently under medication of high BP and type2 medicines. Since last 3 days she complain of sharp pain at lower abdomen. So, kindly advice any medicine that can dissolve and flush out the stone      3 days she complain of sharp pain at lower abdomen. She is taking lot of fluid but not relieve.

Is Uretroscopy required if a small stone of 3-4 mm is lying in the ureter and causing discomfort ? Or just plenty of water is enough?
