Kidney Problems

35 years old male undergone bilateral laproscopic varicocelectomy before 1.5 years. After 2 weeks of surgery, scrotal pain started again after some physical exertion. Since then, pain is there in right leg and under right feet also. Varicocele recurrence started 6 months back. Tried many medications, but there is no proper cure happening for varicocele as well as pain. Request advice on correct treatment.

One of my friends under went ultra scan of abdomen and following things were observed .Gall bladder polyp (small 2mm) and in left kidney tiny 3mm calculus seen in mid pole. Could you please guide us what are the steps to be taken for nullifying that tiny so called stones. Thank you Regards

Several months ago, Went for checkup due to Dark Urine in the morning and sometimes in day but till now I use to get. All my test reports i.e USG WHOLE ABDOMEN, URINE RE turns out normal only. Advised to increase my water intake. Also I frequently want to go to Urinate. Kindly help me out Doctors. Thankyou Attached reports.

My urine routine shows pus cells - 11 Bacteria - present I don't have much symptoms but occasionally pain in left lower abdomen and pelvic area but I also get such pain sometimes due to gastritis. So I am not sure if it is urinary infection symptoms. I have given urine for culture and it will take 3 days to get the result. My urologist says to wait for 3 days to get result and then start antibiotics. Is it ok to delay antibiotics. Will 3 days cause it to get worse? Also is there any chance that I can clear bacteria without antibiotics?

I recently got my UPCR test done and the value is a little high. Random Urine Creatinine Enzymatic:6.1 mg/dL Urine Protein Concentration: 2.9 mg/dL Urine Protein Creatinine Ratio is 0.48 I am worried,is it critical or can it be managed in diet changes ? Dear Doctor, My wife had a blood test today and there are some abnormal values in KFT. It has high potassium (5.93) and low creatinine (0.58). If potassium levels are mainly raised by kideny disease, then how the creatinine level is low? Also what can be one in this case?

Is that Warstone Combi pack medicine is very much affective in kidney stone ?? Please suggest me best medicine..

Urine routine shows pus cells - 11 Bacteria - present Then I did urine culture and the result shows no bacteria. I don't have symptoms of burning during urination. I get pain on pelvic area sometimes but I am not sure whether it is urology related because I keep getting such on and off pain due to gastritis and irritable bowel syndrome. My urologist says no need for treatment but I am worried regarding pus cells. I have started taking telma 20 for bp since 5 days. Is there a chance the pus cells came due to telma side effect? Because I have never ever had pus cells and even 2 weeks back my urine routine was normal. Sometimes when my bladder is full I get a pain on my urethra and then it goes away once I empty bladder. All other blood tests are normal. No protein in urine. I am confused about what to do . Hoping to get some suggestions.

Recently visited to local physician for fever, he suggested urine c and s test ( report attached). I went to urologist then after He told to repeat the test and do USg KUB +pvr and Uroflowmetry test and KFT. Uroflowmetry reports received. Rest will come in few days. By the time I want to know about my Uroflowmetry report. Is it ok? Unable to understand by myself

I am having a burning urination problem and body chill and 12500 WBC count since 9 months . The doctor diagnosed prostatitis but after completing the antibiotics course of saltum it comes again so he referred me to the infection specialist. After that he did some blood reports and found brucella igm positive. Right now taking mikacin iv 500mg day n night and doxycycline twice . But still having urine burning sensation what to do
