Does acidic food creates more irritation in the infection and irritation sort of thing because today I had the highly acidic food and now by taking medicines on time also but facing little irritation today

My mother experiences continuous sneezing, severe burning in the eyes, and itching every year after February 15. She has a dust allergy and has been taking Montek LC tablets, but she is not getting much relief. She is also a diabetic patient and goes for a morning walk regularly.

Having right side  testicular pain since long .Earlier it used to happen oftenly but from last few months it is consistent .I had gone through ultrasound many time but report is normal also urine culture is normal but still having severe pain .Visited to urologist many times but no permanent solution found. Redish urine 3 days ago for the first time. By evening the urine got lighter (same for 2 days). This morning I felt a constant urge to urinate but no urine also experienced sudden lower back pain for an hour which got better. Urine color is normal today (3rd day) I'm currently onboard a ship and can't make tests for the next 10 days.

Hello, I am facing urination burning and thereafter urinary bladder burning all day long since last couple of months. Sometimes buring comes down but sometimes it is very bas. Urine culture is negative. Ultrasound reports are normal. High vaginal swab is normal. Have taken medicines for vaginal infections as well but nothing is completely healing  . Is there any test to check the urinary bladder inflammation. Ultrasound report shows it to be normal structurally or any idea what else could be the condition if uti is coming negative. Please help
