I feel dull pain in left scrotum in back of left testicle that radiates to left side lower back also i feel a hard lump between joint of Epididmytis and testicle, lump is on Epididmytis. Sometime I feel swelling in Epididmytis that time pain is more and when i sleep on chair or on bed i feel more pain but i cant locate where pain occurs i can only say pain is on the back of testicle where Epididmytis is attached

I am 33 years old. For a few days, I feel mild pain at the tip of my penis when it rubs against my pants.

1. I am feeling a tickling sensation on the inner side of my penis foreskin and the region the foreskin is covering the penis glans turns red when I masturbate or wash the area. 2. Also there are some red blood lines visible when I pull the foreskin, picture attached. 3. There are also some skin change on tip of penis,picture attached. First it was whiteish and after many days a brown lesion type came, now the surrounding areas is whiteish. The entire penis glans feels like shiny and scaly at times. I am facing these problem since last 4 months. Is this something serious? What is the diagnosis? Please help Can Tbact or Soframycin or KZ cream be used? I am also facing problem of urine leakage since last 3-4 months.

Frequent urination, a burning sensation while urinating, and occasional discharge from the urinary tract can be symptoms of which disease ?

I am facing urine leakage of a few drops throughout the day even when there is no urge to urinate, for the last 4-5 months. I noticed that there is significant urine leakage during sleep at night and I am not getting the urge to urinate like before in the morning. I also feel I could hold back more amount of urine for longer period of time previously, now I am getting sudden urge to urinate. What are the possible causes and treatments?

My mother is suffering from neurogenic bladder since 3 to 4 yrs confirmed through urodynamic test and she is on self catheter technique . Due to this she is having uti most of the time...So her cataract surgery is quite complicated.. Please suggest how much time she must be on antibiotic for a safe surgery.. Urine culture is done and she has started antibiotics Any other suggestions for a safer side.. When can surgery be performed..Can uti be fully cured in this case... Is there a rusk of vision loss

Hi doctor, I was feeling itch all over my body so I went for a blood test. The major highlights of the report are Haemoglobin : 11.6 ESR : 38 Urinary report shows hazy transparency while leucocytes are positive, wbc in urine = 6-8 hpf rbc is 0-1 hpf and epithelial cells are 8-10 hpf. Sugar and protein are absent in the urine. PH is 6. Rest LFT, KFT, Lipid profile and thyroid reports are normal. What's the cause of itch and this urinary report?

Penise curvature issue is there, slowly my penis is getting tilted to one direction. What I can do in that case.
