Can someone tell what is the name of medicine written on the image. It was not readable by pharmacy guy as well and right now i am unbale to clarify with doctor. I am diabetic and have SGPT 85 and SGOT 30 Taking medicine diapride m1 forte and janumet 50/500. And this is the third medicine which pharmacy guy unable to understand.

It's 5day after RTPCR confirms Covid with CT value 23-24. Fever not subsiding from 100.6°F so HRCT Done which has CT Value 5 of 25. Fasting Sugar was 196 took GlimyM2Fort (Metaformin 1000 & Glimipride 2mg) at 10am after breakfast. In lunch took 2 Chapati, Daal, 3tsp rice at 2:30pm, at 7:45 pm random Sugar is 344. Should I opt for Direct insulin as I can't takt more then 2 tab of GlimyM2Fort in a day. If yes, need more info.
