I have a chronic fissure with skin tag and now I take Ratania 30ch , Silicea 30 ch , acid nitricum 30 ch daily 3 drops with 2 spoon water 2 times Is it good to take this 3 medicine every day please suggest me something better.

I am having pain, tingling, and burning sensation in right shoulder altogether towards wrist. I use to work on my desk for long hours using computer in continuos 1 posture. Due to that in January I started having pain in my wrist and I ignored it and pain went all upto the arm and then in coming months towards shoulder. Same pain was there when I use to drive car also. I did all mris and NCV tests as per neurologists they are saying just do physiotherapy. PT is also giving relief. Is there any homeopathic treatment. Pls guide. I have gum issues previously, now after using vicco vajradanti paste my issues resolved. Recently what i observed i can see some teeth have black spots. May be tooth decay started.
