Can i give tulsi madhu basak homeopathy drop to 5 month old baby with dry cough ? Please help . He has been suffering from 7 days

My child is 3.9 years old now and she was taking adenoids repl 4 earlier and was doing fine. There was an improvement but not cured after taking consultation they stopped and started bc 10 reckwerg and bc 6 of reckwerg. Now again her symptoms reappear of getting reoccurrence of cold and blocked nose. Not able to breathe while sleeping. I don't give her any outside food only home made but still this is not going. Cold is the major issue which comes everytime and make her very uncomfortable during sleep with open mouth still suffocating. I want consultation who can guide with medicines available world wide .
