I am having pain, tingling, and burning sensation in right shoulder altogether towards wrist.
I use to work on my desk for long hours using computer in continuos 1 posture.
Due to that in January I started having pain in my wrist and I ignored it and pain went all upto the arm and then in coming months towards shoulder.
Same pain was there when I use to drive car also.
I did all mris and NCV tests as per neurologists they are saying just do physiotherapy.
PT is also giving relief. Is there any homeopathic treatment. Pls guide.
Also when I sleep in night and get up next morning I feel no pain.

From your description, the pain, tingling, and burning from wrist to shoulder â worsened by prolonged desk work and driving, but better with rest and sleep â suggests a nerve compression / repetitive strain syndrome, commonly related to Cervical Radiculopathy, Carpal Tunnelâlike conditions, or Postural Neuropathy.
You have already done MRI and NCV, which is good, as it rules out major structural damage. Physiotherapy is helping, but it is only giving temporary relief.
Scope of Homeopathy:
Homeopathy works holistically in such cases by:
Reducing nerve inflammation and compression
Relieving burning, tingling, and radiating pain
Correcting the underlying tendency for recurrence
Preventing long-term complications like chronic neuropathy or frozen shoulder
With the right individualized treatment, homeopathy not only helps in pain control but also promotes nerve healing and ensures you can work comfortably at your desk without recurring trouble.
At Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic, I have over 24 years of experience in treating nerve pain, repetitive strain injuries, and postural disorders. Many of my patients who were advised only physiotherapy or painkillers have achieved long-term recovery with homeopathy + posture correction guidance.
I strongly recommend you book a consultation with me so I can study your case in detail, prescribe the correct constitutional remedy, and guide you with supportive lifestyle/posture corrections. This way, you can achieve lasting relief and prevent further progression.

Homeopathy can play a supportive role by reducing nerve irritation, controlling burning/tingling, and improving muscle recovery. Medicines are selected individually after understanding your constitution and detailed history. Along with treatment, correcting posture and regular stretching are equally important.
