If tmt is normal means no major heart blockage in heart means no blockage above 50 percent . means there is no blockage

I got attack  last year  today i have done  ecg snd 2d echo. I have attached my  report  Pl tell me is this report is normal

My brother aged 20 year he complaints about rapid heart beat and heavy head I took him to MBBS he checked BP 180/90 but echo was normal. Sir may I know the reason for sudden rise in BP my another brother next day same happen.

Respected Sir/Madam, I was experiencing mild chest discomfort and bloating so I went to a hospital in my vicinity. Doctor ordered ECG, 2D Echo and TMT. ECG and TMT came normal. Echo also came completely normal except Mild TR and Mild PAH part. Doctor is saying that there's nothing to worry but I'm really getting concerned about the Mild Pulmonary Artery Hypertension. After having palpitations for long, I bought a device to capture ECG at home. Since mostly, these palpitations occur after having the first meal of day.
