Heart Problems & Remedies

I am a 27 year old female who weighs 62 kg. For the last 5 days I am having fast heartbeat beat for some time in a day and the other time I feel normal. I am also having shortness of breath but it is less now after visiting a doctor nearby. I am having slight pain in my left arm sometimes in my left shoulder, my forearm and sometimes in my left hand. Little gassy stomach. In the previous night suddenly I got up and found fast heartbeat otherwise my sleep patterns is normal.The doctor performed an ecg and chest x ray. My heart beat yesterday was 123. Blood pressure is normal. Please help me. Is there anything to worry about. What should I do to manage these symptoms. I am attaching my reports here.

On 21.09.2025 ,Echo has been done with Concentric LVH and Grade 1 DD remarks. IVS 13mm PW 13 mm EDD 40 mm ESD 23 mm EF 74% FS 42% IVS intact E/A ratio .83 Also diagnosed with borderline ischemic heart diseases in TMT stress test  in the Year 2020. Currently I am not facing any problem. Please suggest me, is it a matter of concern or what should I have to do now?

Actually, I am feeling chest pain for the previous 3 months. I don't know the cause. I consulted the local doctors for the same but they said it is either gastric problem or spondylitis. Yesterday night I suddenly felt immense pain and lost of breath. I kindly request any professional specialised in this field to guide me for the emergency.

Hello doctor, I am type 1 diabetic and weight 94 kg with height 5.11. I sometimes feels like chest heaviness while climbing stairs very mild. Like 2 years before I did my ecg tmt and echo , all was normal apart from I have mild lvh. Before that also I did echo and tmt all normal. Do I need any further test that will reduce my worry about heart. After 2 years do I need to repaet all test again. Please guide.

I was having fluttering feeling on my chest and left hand pain also sweating and palpitation so i got a checkup my ecg echo and tmt is normal blood reports are also normal cholestrol is also normal but triglycerides is high 215 and fasting blood sugar is 105 and vldl is 43. The test were done 20 days ago even after the test i am still getting the symptoms . I dont exercise at all and stressed. I lie down in bed majority of time. what shall i do do i need further checkup like angiogram .
