Left side chest pain
I have left side chest, shoulder and hand pain. The cardiologist did blood tests, 2D echo, ECG, X-ray, and treadmill test — all reports were normal. He said it’s due to muscle pain. My triglycerides were 438, and I used medicine for one month to reduce them, but I still have chest pain.

Bp increase sometimes
Hi ,my age is 34, couple of month back when I checked bp at dr ,it was 150/100, so did ecg,2d echo all are normal still dr started bp tablet, so I stopped it gradually and daily checking bp twice and it was fine without any medication, however one day it again spiked to 150/100 it's seems due to anxiety so dr again started bp medicine. Did renal Doppler, cortisol testing all is normal but dr saying bp medicine need to continue life long. As per my observation when I was not taking bp medicine for 2 month ,bp rises in couple of instance and it may be due to anxiety/stress/palpitations.
So already started meditation, exercise so any way to find root cause of bp increase sometimes only and is there no way than taking medicine lifelong

Fluttering feeling in chest
Hi,
I am 108kgs 25yrs old having bp medication Telmikind trio 6.25 and rosulip f10. Last night I checked my bp although I had alcohol yesterday afternoon it was 130/75. Today morning before meditation and food it was 135/85. I have a fluttering feeling in my lower throat and headaches and smartwatch shows pulse rate 100–110 ppm. When I tried to count the pulse near wrist manually it felt the beats are skipping sometime. Kindly advice what should I do now? It is making me anxious. Before for anxiety I was having ciplar la 20 once in a day. After I felt well I left that slowly. I am having magnesium glycinate twice a day and multivitamins once a day from hk vitals from 2 days. Please suggest what to do? And I’m planning to join the gym. Which precautions should

Clear arteries but angina pain
I’ve been having angina-like symptoms for several months—chest discomfort, left arm heaviness, and jaw pressure. Since morning, my left arm feels tight and heavy even at rest.
I had a coronary angiography 3 weeks ago (normal, zero blockages) and a normal stress echo. My doctor says the symptoms are non-cardiac, but they continue to worry me because they feel very typical of angina.
What could cause these symptoms despite normal tests, and should I still be concerned about my heart?
I am worried about having microvascular angina or spasms.
