Fluttering feeling in chest
Hi, I am 108kgs 25yrs old having bp medication Telmikind trio 6.25 and rosulip f10. Last night I checked my bp although I had alcohol yesterday afternoon it was 130/75. Today morning before meditation and food it was 135/85. I have a fluttering feeling in my lower throat and headaches and smartwatch shows pulse rate 100–110 ppm. When I tried to count the pulse near wrist manually it felt the beats are skipping sometime. Kindly advice what should I do now? It is making me anxious. Before for anxiety I was having ciplar la 20 once in a day. After I felt well I left that slowly. I am having magnesium glycinate twice a day and multivitamins once a day from hk vitals from 2 days. Please suggest what to do? And I’m planning to join the gym. Which precautions should

Hi. Since you have mentioned you are on BP medications - were you evaluated for young hypertension causes? There are some conditions where along with high blood pressure in young age a person has headaches and palpitations. If your fluttering palpitations are always after alcohol consumption, refrain from drinking. Also since your weight is more (you didn't mention your height), and you have BP, you should check for other traditional risk factors, sugar... cholesterol. If you are planning to start gyming get a comprehensive cardiac check up before that
Next Steps
ECHO and TMT before starting high intensity exercises/gym Bkood test to rule out Diabetes cholesterol issues If symptoms of fluttering persist, met a cardiologist and plan a Holter monitoring test. For your BP at young age - if not checked yet- need proper evaluation with Renal Doppler scan, kidney function tests and few other tests based on clinical examination.
