Hi sir, I have mitral stonosis..4 year ago done BMV.(1.8) Now valve size 1.4 , pg :12/7 Tapse 17 LA: 50x40   TR gmax 25 EF: 55 LV Dd/Ds:44/25 no RWMA My question is sir i know in  future need valve replacement. But i knowing what is the criteria of Mitral valve replacement??

Hello doctor Whenever I getup while lying down my heart beat gets fast, I've did hba1c and usg neck thyroid glands are normal and a1c also normal, please tell me why is it getting fast I'm feeling scared

My father age 58yrs had an angioplasty done on 24th October 2023 and he is having Chronic Liver Disease as well, as doctor informed us that post angioplasty his bilirubin may spike a bit so his bilirubin is 4.2 currently and his sodium level is 125.6, the problem is that post this he is extremely sleepy, fatigue and in sleep he is blabbering something's .. is this serious what should we do?
