Afraid regarding attacs in young
Hi,
I have been diagnosed with health anxiety and went to cardiologist 4 months ago. All tests (ecg, eeg and tmt) came out to be fine. No cholestrol as well. I don't smoke and mostly eat healthy. BP
is also normal and I walk 10k steps a day.
However I get panic attack sometimes due to the feeling that I am having chest palpitations. I go to doctor but tests come out fine. Also, I have trouble sleeping sometimes when I take such stress. This stress comes either from health worries or sometimes work. I have heard stress contributes significantly to such events. I wanted to know whether really this stress can cause fatal damage.
I am currently meditating regarding health anxiety.

And my careprovider suggest few meds, should I take it or can avoid by making something to diet, as I don't want to include meds in my daily routine. Please suggest, I have attached the report images.
