My HDL is 36 is it is an emergency situation to see a doctor? What should I do and my Total protein in LFT  is also 8.3 is that is also a bad condition please If anybody can help me im worried too much

I'm suffering with left side chest pain with pain in arm. But my ecg is normal. Im also suffering with little dizziness and anxiety

Nocturnal cough when lying down with shortness of breath and fast heartbeat with feeling of high blood pressure are symptoms of which disease in a 55 year old male with history of hypercholestrolemia and medication going on and prostate hypertrophy with medicine going on. He has usual cough when he sits on chair with inclined back and mild cough when lie down from past 1 year but it happen only in winters and used to be okay when he covered his throat with a muffler. There was no chest pain yesterday but today the cough again started in evening and while talking also, he was coughing now. Few days ago also, cough happened at night then I gave him monteleukast and levocetrizine combined medicine and then cough suppressed. What is it?

I have middle dull chest pain and pinpoint chest pain left side I did troponin test ecg and echo all these are normal please check this attachment what is the problem should I take more consult about this iam so worried

I have noticed whenever i get too anxious or stress. I get skipped heartbeats(diagnosed brugada syndrome) and pains in middle back and strong taste alteration like tablets or metal they come and quickly. I also have Severe Anxiety Disorder. I usually get symptoms at night. Alot of pains. Sometimes radiating pains.

I have no 150/90 during checking in digital it goes for 160-170/90-100 due to my anxiousness. I am taking telma 40 mg morning.I feel my bp is not controlled for 24 hrs.. sleep and stress issues are there. Cholesterol 203.. all others normal.. if I am anxious pulse will be 105.. doc suggested concor and telma.. My concern is it ok to take only telma or only con or.. my pulse is 80 range during normal.. I want to reduce only BP and not pulse . Can I take telma higher dose pls give second opinion or only concor

Hello respected doctors, my doctor prescribed INDERAL 10 mg and ETIZOLAM FOR PALPITATIONS AND ANXIETY...i have extreme cold hands and feet problem in winter? shall i START TAKING INDERAL SINCE it causes VASO CONSTRICTION? what should i do take any alternative medicine???
