I just had a panic attack in my tution centre. I went to ER and they did ECG and gave me Clonezepam 0.5 and Propanalol 20 mg. I am stable now and my resting hear beat is 85 as of now after 3 hours of panic attack. Please doctor check my ECG.

Hello doctor Yesterday while removing petrol from bike with pipe mistakenly it came into my mouth but didn't went into stomach, 1 2 drop might have gone, that too I'm not sure but, 90% sure it didn't went, I'm feeling scared, will anything happen to me? I'm feeling nauseous. Please answer

At the time of ecg my heart rate is 117 and bp 156/100 on 6 dec at that time i have anxiety heavyness in chest and acidity , after that i check bp my bp in rest is normal range for next 7 days , i go for walk 4 or 5 km with no issues my cardiologist said this is not heart related follow heathy lifestyle is this ok , i do tmt in 2022 and echo in march 23 normal , but i worry i have health anxiety what can i do is this all ok? Yesterday I checked my blood pressure and blood pressure was 166/104 I panicked. I went to the hospital and took ECG. ECG results in May be myocardial ischemic. What I do the further treatment kindly advise.
