I have chest pain for 4 days so Today I went to cardiologist and did ECG echo , tmt , Doctor says all is fine I don't have any problem but now I check my report it is mentioned TRIVIAL MITRAL REGURGITATION AND TRICUPSID REGURGITATION (physiological) what is this means sir I have lot of worry about that. I am suffering with Atrial Fibrillation and Grave hyperthyroid for 3 years. I got full body checkup. My hs-crp reads above normal at 3.87. Can it cause any heart problem in future? 6 months back hs-crp was 5.48. I do daily 45 mins brisk walk which has bring it down.

My father's BP is high in range of 150-160 without medicine ,after taking medicine to control BP it came in normal range of 117-125 , but after taking medicine for more than 2 months it moved to low BP range and after stopping the medicine it again reached in higher range of 150-160. Please suggest what should we do next , what could be the possible reason ? Also his lipid profile is normal. All the medicine were taken by consulting our family Dr who is general physician MD.
