High bp, borderline high cholesterol

I am a 48 year old woman. I checked my BP at a friend's place and it was 140/93. Then I consulted a cardiologist. He put me on Ciplar LA 20 and Tryptomer. And asked me to moniter my bp twice a day and get lipid profile done and follow up after a week. My lipid profile: HDL Cholesterol 71, LDL 134 and Triglycerides 148. So I have borderline high cholesterol. When I visited after a week, I was asked to start Prolomet XL 25 for bp and Rosuvas 10 for cholesterol. I am asked to take the medicine for a month and get lipid profile done after a month again. I took prolomet xl 25 just once but started getting breathing issues. I'm thinking of discontinuing. Please tell me what to do.

So i have a report indicating my illness

The ECG report suggests the following potential heart issues: 1. **Left Anterior Fascicular Block (LAFB):** A conduction abnormality in the heart. 2. **ST-T Abnormalities:** Possible signs of ischemia or other cardiac concerns. 3. **Poor R-wave Progression:** May indicate previous heart damage.
