I have pain in the lower side of my chest and upper left side of back pain infraspinatus. Since, 2 days. Is anything serious.? We have a family history of heart attack and cardiac arrest also.

Dear Doctor, Please advise a list of tests to be taken as a part of Annual health check up,  am 51 year old male.

I am a 41 year old male with hypertension. Under medication for last 2+ years. Currently taking Cilacar T 40mg at night and Nebicard 5mg in the morning. With medication, BP is steady between 125/80 & 140/90 depending on time of day. I am planning to travel to North Sikkim for 2-3 days where there is high altitude and maybe less oxygen in the air. Is it ok for me to travel?

I am exploring this option as my blood pressure is normal on nebivolol 2.5 at 106/65 and heart rate is around a 100. I have experienced weight gain since I started nebi and exploring ivabradine as it helps with lowering the heart rate. Is this worth exploring?

Hi sir m suddenly pain in my middle chest 3 days ago,than I visit doctor he done my chest  xray nd ecg xray was normal but ecg shos abnormal i have done my lipid profile which are mension shows triglyceride 235, nd my bp always high around 160/110, main problem is  the pain in chest, so plz help to relief from chest pain nd tablet that I can normailze my bd nd cholestrol,

I recently went through my annual health checkup and in that echo report was normal but ecg report shows "ST DEPRESSION || ||| aVR V5 V6" I have no symptoms and my heart will usually race when I visit hospital.. Please let me know what to do further. I have attached the reports for the reference

Hello sir In dec 2024 I have done routine check up my ecg echo and lipid profile... Echo was done by cardiologist and the final impression was normal Lv function wall thickness with EF more than 55%. Lvpwd - 1.1 cm Ivsd =1.0 cm But within month in January I have done another Echo by different cardiologist And the report says... Normal LV size Function with EF more than 55% But the value was different Lvpwd = 0.76 cm Ivsd = 0.76 cm Sir the value is different ... Now plz sir tell me which report i have to follow ??
