Can someone suggest what is the heart rate in the report? Is report normal? Please suggest.. Thank you

I have pain on the left side of my chest while breathing  and laying on the bed it's been 3 years since I'm experiencing it I have also consumed some medicines to relive it but it still happens after 3 -4 months what do I need to do to solve this problem?

Hi husband was on concur 1.25 due to previous history of bigeminy without any symptoms. He goes to regular check up, his ecgs were normal. But today ecg showed above findings. Are they dangerous and can go away with medication?

Hello, I was advised by a doctor to take metoprolol 50mg , escitaloparm 10mg and atorvastatin 10mg in 2020. Since then I am taking these medicines regularly. It's been 5 years and I am now out of reach from that doctor. Please advise me what to do now ? Should I continue with these medicines or stop ? My husband was on concur 1.25 for previous history of bigeminy, for the past three years ecg was normal, again yday went for regular check up and ecg came with multiple pulmonary ventricular complexes, is this dangerous and what need to be done? He is asymptomatic
