BP condition
Hello,
I was advised by a doctor to take metoprolol 50mg , escitaloparm 10mg and atorvastatin 10mg in 2020.
Since then I am taking these medicines regularly. It's been 5 years and I am now out of reach from that doctor. Please advise me what to do now ? Should I continue with these medicines or stop ?
My BP on 28 March : 126/74
29 March : 130/82
I feel suffocated in crowdy areas and start sweating. Even while eating I also start sweating.
