Hello doctor I have a pain near my shoulder around 6 months. I feel a small painful lump there. But it's not visible. I don't know it's lump or something else. When I touch there I can feel it. The pain is not there always. When I do more work, then the pain comes. I showed the ortho surgeon two months back and took a x-ray. Nothing unusual showed in x ray. Doctor told me it must be something related with muscle. But I'm still worried about it. Pls tell me doctor what it might be.
