Greetings sir 3 months back inguinal hernia and vericosele surgery done with mesh both right side past past 5 days little pain i took ultrasound today plz cheak reports what next step im soo fear my problem sir

I am 36 years old and had my gal bladder removed 15 days back. Doctor has not asked for any precautions so I am lifting weights, driving cars nd bike and eating everything. I am not having any issues. Is it fine , should I continue this way or any precautions need to be taken?
