My father has developed a lump filled with pus but no pain since 1 month and if the pus geta drained , it is getting filled with pus again , already taken antibiotics, though it reduced in size but still exists, which dr to refer and what can be done ?

1) Closure of Peritonium Layer in abdominal surgery is necessary? 2) Does Peritonium Layer of abdomen regenerate?

Sir , around 1 month ago J was suffering from piles and fissure both. Doctor prescribed cremagel and laxative , so after one month today the size of the lump while defecating has been reduced and also there is inflammation sometimes while defecating. I am not able to find whether healing is taking place or not. Please anyone suggest or tell me what I have to do

My mother, 61y, weight- 54 kg has been diagnosed with umbilical hernia (usg report attached). Currently there is no pain. Does she need to go for surgery? If yes, what type of surgery will be good- laparoscopic or normal?

Open Umbilical Hernia Surgery done with the mesh. There is fluid around the mesh. I have attached one report please tell me where the mesh is located? Is the mesh after Subcutaneous tissue or before peritonium or somewhere else?

Where seroma is formed under Subcutaneous tissue, around rectus sheath or preperitonium or somewhere else?

I feel mild pain sometimes from last 2 years from right side of the chest under rib. I guess the pain started before some years during my worst cough but it is only a guess. I had general chest X ray too sometimes for some other reasons where doctors recommended it okay. Any guesses what can be the causes of this pain.

Before 1 month I had a laproscopy of gall bladder stones,my condition is good nd i had regular bowels,but now from few days I noticed there is a redness in my stitches area nd little pain nd pus coming out ,I use neospori. Powder and a ointment before 1 week I done my urine routine and CBC both the reports are normal,should I consult my doctor or that stitch area will heal itself with neosporin powder or ointment??
