I was treated with antibiotics 7 months ago for h.pylori and gastritis ...after four months I have developed severe indigestion and loss of appetite...I had taken too much stress during treatment ... sometimes I feel anxiety also ... My questions are -1.I lost my appetite for using antibiotics ? Or 2. Anxiety is the reason?

Hi doctor, I have periodic blood issue in my stool. It comes in very very little amount after every 15 20 days gap 2 months back, i realised that anus outer area is bit swell...but i ignored it with time Yestetday, when i was checking anus area for same swelling, i saw red color part inside anus when i opened anus I am worried...about this red part... Hi, I had a aorta bypass surgery in August(5 month back) for which a 16mm dacron tube has been used. I am no longer on any medication. My bp is also under control now which used to be around 200/120 before surgery. I had abdominal pain twice in last 2 weeks. After ultrasound I got to know that I am having a gallstone of 7.8mm. And radiologist also told me that there are some kind of particles in kidneys, so there are chances of forming kidney stones. Asked me consume a lot of water. Should I go with a surgery to remove gallbladder. Or can be taken care with medicines. Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Burning sensation remains for about 1 hour after stool. Thereafter it reduces. No symptoms of constipation ,no pain before ,after and while stool. Also intake of spicy food is reduced. What can be done to cure burning

Please guide me for treatment of this wound I just slip from my Scotty I did an x ray it Was fine But muscle break So I leave it open or any dressing needed it is 6th day for this wound
