General Surgery

Hi, I have Pilonidal sinus from last 4-5 year, I have got surgery done 1 and half year ago but its again got infected now and its not draining by its own. I dont want to go through surgery again as I have to travel in next 10 days. So I am looking for temporary solution for now and some permanent solution for future.

My father's age is 82. He is suffering from bed sores. Giving megaheal gel after dressing by saline water. Is any antibiotic necessary? If yes please suggest name of antibiotic. Can I give lizolid 600?

Before one year A boil is present on buttock after taking an injection..it was opend and drained by a doctor...After one year ...Now it again present on my buttock...present very painful...this boil want any culture test..plz prescribe some medicine...iam in fear .it is due staph infection

Hello Doctor, If the TSH level is come to normal like 1.90 can we stop the thyroid tablet. My endocrinologist told to stop the tablets for one month.

Today accidentally i got pricked by syringe which my father uses for insulin.. he as diabetes and hepatitis b .. sooner i washed my fingers with soap and hot water... Running water.. wil i get infected by hepatitis b... What precautions to be taken next..

As doctor suggested me to take hepatitis anybody test.... Should I take test immediately or after 2months... As hepatitis is detectable after 4-6weeks of exposure

Bile coming out from nasogastric pipe after surgery till 5th day.. Is it normal?? Hospital autharity is only giving liquid food. Still my mother is vomiting sometime
