I have recently been diagnosed with a thyroid nodule in left lobe of thyroid. Findings are as below. Ultrasound: Hyperchoic mostly solid ovoid shaped nodule of 3cmX4cm on the left lobe. Tirads 3 category. US guided FNAC: Benign follicular nodule with cyst degeneration. Bethesda 2 category. TSH is 5.0 but t3,t4 are normal. Please suggest what to do.

In karate classes the master had kick his straight hand from his fingers tip into my abdomen near navel so next day abdomen started paining then I went for USG it is showing as Swollen lymphnodes near aortic and paraaortic areas and nerve compressed and swollen is it any serious problems? Do I need surgery ? Will Lymphnodes swells after injury hitting into stomach?

Hellow Practo doctors I went for Nissan fundoolication in 4 months back after that I having serious bloating and pains in the abdomen. Lot of gas is formed. Sometime my hearts beats a lot. I recently completed my 5 course rabies vaccination(arv) on 24th Nov 2023 (including day 0 3 7 14 28)but recently on 30th Nov 2023 while I was riding my bike at night something collided with my hand and I think it was a bat and I think it bit me?so do I need booster dose or is the previous dose enough(I was once vaccinated in 2014 for a dog bite too) To be honest I don't know if it's a bite or not Please help !!!

Hi, My mom has metastatic breast cancer diagnosed a month ago and going through chemotherapy. Now 2nd cycle completed and she is saying the lump which she has in armpit and even in breast is reduced alot. In armpit it was very big before and now its reduced half or even more and in breast also its reduced itseems as per my mom observation. Is this a good sign or generally chemo will reduce the lump but still is it bad?

If a young person age 30  who is having digestive problem like Thin stool,incomplete bowel movement and feeling of bowel movement after eating And his colonoscopy is crystal clear nothing abnormal if found Is it enough to call it IBS? When his next colonoscopy should be done?if previous is normal and no sample nothing was taken

My 56 year old father had hemmaroids operation 6 months ago.All had gone well for 4 months but from last 2 months he is having a little colorless mucus discharge and from 3 days he is having little bleed after pooping and severe pain I rectum after pooping which continues for hours.
