What do happen if my thyroid nodule removed anbd biopsy can be cancerous and FNAC test reports are done, it was benign follicular lesion bethesda category 2

Hi, Suddenly I started feeling pain at the top of butt after a long time of sitting. Somehow managed to take a picture and can see a small sore in the crack. Attached the picture here. Is there any home remedy ?  Should I consult a doctor in person for this problem? Kindly help me.

I just want to ask a doubt that I am going to have thyroidectomy, so when I had c- section I had jerky movements after sugery for many days it was like sudden whole body will have jhatka, same thing will happen now, pre thyroidectomy suggestions give me to avoid such things

My mom has gone through gall bladder removal surgery through laparoscopy and after surgery got a drain bag which is usual...The doctor has recommended to remove it after almost 44 hours as her fluid quantity was less like first day she has no fluid inside the bag but the fluid can be seen in the pipe but the next day it was collected in the bag ..So is removing that too early normal or there is a chance of fluid buildup?

Node like bubble on hand grown over skin. It was like a small after wound dry skin. Once I scratched it and it was bleeding had put over counter band aid. After that it started becoming like a node and is growing slowly. Does it really need some minor surgery?
