I have recently been diagnosed with a thyroid nodule in left lobe of thyroid. Findings are as below.
Ultrasound: Hyperchoic mostly solid ovoid shaped nodule of 3cmX4cm on the left lobe. Tirads 3 category.
US guided FNAC: Benign follicular nodule with cyst degeneration. Bethesda 2 category.
TSH is 5.0 but t3,t4 are normal.
Please suggest what to do.
