Latest- sgpt 22 sgot-32 bilribin total-2. 01(direct 0.73 indirect0. 29) Previous- sgpt 40.5 sgot 27.5 bilribin total-1. 83( direct-. 69 indirect 1.14) Old- sgpt 60 sgot 26 bilrubin total-1. 43 ( direct 0.54 indirect 0.89) The old test was taken after 1 month of non alcohol intake. All other test like lipid profile creatine platelet test are normal. Is there anything to worry

I have NAFLD with normal bilirubin and sgpt and sgot elevated but under 100. Doctor prescribed Evitol 200 bd and I am taking it for more than 3 months. Liver enzymes are in normal range now and previous problems also improved. Can I continue Evitol for a year, can there be any bad effect?

Hi all please help me out i recently had my upper GI endoscopy below are the findings Findings Cricopharynx is normal Esophagus shows normal mucosa GE junction is at 36cm. small hiatus hernia seen. Mild erythema seen at sqamo-columnar junction. Fundus, body shows erosions. Antrum of stomach normal Duodenal bulb is normal DII is normal RUT taken from antrum Conclusions Small Hiatus Hernia/Esophagogastritis/RUT +ve Please suggest should I go for surgery or not
