Is it Ulcerative Colitis?
I have been told to stop fruits eaten with peel like grapes and apples, milk, but yogurt allowed, no sugar, no lipton tea. Medicines given Mesalamine, Domperidone, Aciloc S. I want to know if this is permanent and also do i have to take medicines lifelong. I have noticed that the red mucus often shows up after diarrhea. I am unable to attach all tests that have been done. Your insights will be appreciated.

Your doctor has prescribed medication after evaluating you and your report, so the questions can be best answered by him/her. For any other doctor, a complete evaluation would be required to answer.
