42 year old male identified with hepatomegaly with fatty liver with symptoms of spider veins, right shoulder joint pain. What could be the diagnosis?

My biopsy says mild active ileitis in the background of mucosal lymphoid hyperplasia. No features of IBD, malignancy, chromaticity. Dysplasia, granuloma. My USG says same with No bowel wall thickening. Cbp ear xene expert TB all normal/ negative. I have lost 7 kgs of weight and suffer loose stools. But My HLa b27 is positive and I have ankylosing spondylitis in my back. Doctor prescribed saaz ds and folvite tabs. What has happened to me doc?

I'm having Black coloured stool, and Constipation most of the days and dizziness sometimes. I recently had Gallbladder Surgery about 1 month ago, Doctor gave me lactitol monohydrate and Itopride 50mg for Nausea. It is anything serious?  why it's happening?

Suffering from loose stool excessive belching, current medicine Rowasa 2g 2 times in a day Previously loose stool was controll but since 2 months it continues .My loose stool and belching starts almost 2.5 yrs Back on March 2024 I am diagnosed with disease taking Rowasa from March 2024

I had an mild pain on upper right quadrant,I did USg and found sub acute pancreatitis/resolving pancreatitis and I did a  Amalyse test on 15th nov result is 121.4 and then I had repeated on 23rd November again result came 143.9 my PT is 17.8 Crp is 2.58 on 15th and when i did test on 23 crp is 5 so why my amylase is Elevated although I have no more pain and currently I m taking Pancreatin capsules BD PC.kindly reply me sir thank you so much

Hi, I'm 43. Have Gerd. On ganaton and veloz it before food. It's been a month on these meds now and I still have the choking feeling and avoid reflux. My throat is very dry too and I have Nasal drips, like mucous presence and I keep clearing my throat always. I'm worried it's become LPR now. I also take gaviscon after every meal. Until I dont eat, it's all fine. The moment I eat, I start getting the choking feeling and one something is stuck in my throat. How long does it take for the symptoms to reduce and are these meds enough. I'm worried it is getting worse. I also take librax in the night. Please advice. Thank you.
