Hi, my psychiatrist prescribed Agomelatine, which can cause liver toxicity, and recommended a liver function test (LFT) every 15 days. LFT is quite expensive for me, and I can't afford it every two weeks. Do I need a complete LFT every time, or would a few specific markers be enough? If a few specific markers are enough, could you please suggest which ones to monitor to save money while ensuring my safety as long as I am on Agomelatine?

Hi I have acute fissures and have been using sucral ano cream and cremafin plus from past two weeks, I feel better using these but the last two days I stopped using them and I feel burning pain again. I completed a 14 day antibiotic course for H.pylori. Had erosive gastritis due to the same. After completing the course, I have been experiencing mushy stools with bubbles. Some undigested food too. Only one BM per day normally. Occasionally bloating. I am also following a healthy diet. What could be the reason for such bowel movements? And what can be done to get back to normal?
