I am having high level of sgpt:156 and my cholestrol reading are disturbed with border line of hba1c amd thyroid. What will i do, do i need to perform ultrasound for liver.

I am taking Lipicard 200, bilypsa4mg and Megaley e for the Fatty Liver S2. I had increased triglycerides ~200, ALT ~136 and AST ~58. Is it ok to take a lipicard200 in such a condition.

I underwent a left Ear surgery (Tympanoplasty). I had been given strong antibiotics and pain killer for 7 days. I have been sleeping straight and right side for more than a month. 11 days after my surgery that was on 03rd Oct'24 I started getting belching and right side of throat feels full. Then after few days belching has become strong and continuous like a force along with little gas and bloating. Also end of Oct'24 I observed stool was green in color. After 2 weeks stools became brown for few days and then brown sometimes and then green sometimes or mixed. Now bloating is very less but belching is the same along with something feeling stuck on the right side of the throat. I have taken Dompan twice a day for 14 days, then Omez dsr for 18 days along with Mucain Gel syrup for 10 days, now on Omez D+ for 18 days. I have good appetite. Please advise

Dear sir/ ma'am I am not able to digest food properly, sometimes sour water comes into my mouth from my stomach and I am not able to digest heavy food at all, and I am not able to digest things made from milk and oil. Please tell me a good solution for this. Thankyou
