Flu
Breast related
Hello Doctor, I am 24 years old, unmarried, with no family history of breast cancer. I feel persistent lumpiness in the upper side outer part of my left breast since 22/08/2025. It becomes more noticeable before periods but is still present even after periods. Earlier there was mild pain, but now it is painless. My right breast is fuller, firmer, and slightly larger with a lighter areola. The left breast is smaller, feels more lumpy/rope-like in texture, especially when I raise my hand, and the areola is darker. No skin changes, no nipple inversion, no spontaneous discharge I am worried if this is just normal glandular tissue/asymmetry.Iam worried about breast cancer. Before periods that is on 29/08/2025 General physician examined and said mild nodularity, now my periods completed and today is 7th day of cycle. Plz tell me is it normal to feel or not.

Slowly all symptoms started improving and I got completely normal by September 1-6
From Sept 7 till today Sept 13
I am facing Low appetite and cough (which happened in dengue also) and morning mild headaches 2-3hrs
Is this due to post dengue effect?

Need prescription for travelling
For travelling to Australia, need to keep a prescription handy for over the counter common medicines for fever, stomach upset etc.
Can someone help with that? If yes, I can pay consultation charges and send a list of medicines I need.

Vitamin D deficiency
Hi Doctor,
I recently got a full body blood test done, and I’m attaching the report here for your review. Based on the results, it looks like I have a deficiency in Vitamin D. I haven’t started any supplements yet, but I’d like your advice on how to correct this safely and effectively.
I live in a PG setup with limited sun exposure, and I’m working on improving my overall wellness—including fitness, nutrition, and emotional balance. Could you please guide me on:
- Whether I need a higher dose of Vitamin D3 temporarily
- If I should combine it with Vitamin K2 or other nutrients
- How long I should continue supplementation
- Any lifestyle or dietary changes that would support recovery
Looking forward to your guidance.

Feeling like falling
Hello doctor,
I always feel like I'm falling and my head is spinning. I have pain in the left ear continuously but checked with ENT, the ear is completely normal. There is stiffness under the feet when I wake up in the morning and gradually reduce with activity. When I don't do any activity, the stiffness persists. Unable to focus on the moving objects. Hollow sound on the head always.
BP is 60/100 and unmarried.
Could you please let me know what these points to?
Thank you.
