Slowly all symptoms started improving and I got completely normal by September 1-6
From Sept 7 till today Sept 13
I am facing Low appetite and cough (which happened in dengue also) and morning mild headaches 2-3hrs

Yes, your symptoms can be part of post-dengue recovery. Fatigue, low appetite, mild headaches, and residual cough are common and may persist for a few weeks after recovery. Since your CBC and LFT are improving, it's reassuring. Stay well-hydrated, eat nutritious meals, and rest. Consult if symptoms worsen or persist beyond 2–3 weeks.
